Foothill Baptist Church, Los Altos

Pastor Jeff Woolstenhulme has been called to serve as the Lead Replanting Pastor of Foothill Baptist Church in Los Altos, California. Endorsed by the North American Mission Board (NAMB) as a Replanter, Jeff and his family moved to the Bay Area in January 2026 after eight years in Portland, Oregon.

Pastor Jeff, his wife Tessa, and their children now live less than a mile from the church and are joyfully investing in the congregation and surrounding community through faithful preaching, local relationships, and outreach efforts. Pastor Jeff is currently raising funds to assist with his long-term support in this vital church renewal project as he seeks to see the gospel grow and take root in Silicon Valley. Donate to their work below! Read their April 2026 update and prayerfully support them!

Red Oaks Baptist Church

Red Oaks Church is currently walking through a season of renewal and seeking the Lord’s direction for the future. During this important season of transition, we are especially thankful for the faithful preachers who have stepped into the pulpit to faithfully proclaim the Word of God and minister to the members of Red Oaks Church. We are also grateful for the faithful members who have persevered and continued to maintain a Gospel presence within the Tanglewood community. As the church continues to serve the Tanglewood and West Orcutt areas, we invite you to join us in prayer for God’s continued guidance, provision, and blessing.

Please pray for the following:

  • Pray for the pastor selection process, that the Lord would clearly bring His chosen man to shepherd and lead Red Oaks Church.

  • Pray for the Red Oaks Board, Shoreline Calvary, and GCASBC leadership, asking God to grant wisdom, unity, and discernment throughout this selection process.

  • Pray for the Tanglewood and West Orcutt neighborhoods, that God would open doors for meaningful ministry, outreach, and Gospel impact within those communities.

  • Pray for the faithful members of Red Oaks Church as they continue to persevere, serve, and keep a strong Gospel footprint in the Tanglewood community.

Where Churches Find New Life

Churches are God's gatherings for His kingdom's purpose. When they cease to do so, serious questions must be asked. Your church isn't alone; our associational ReNEW team is here to help.

This journey requires humility, wisdom, and love from all involved. May the Lord grant you clarity as you consider this ministry for your church.
