GCA Conference Room Reservations
The Conference Room, Kitchen, and Break Room of our Morgan Hill Office are available for your Friday or Saturday small group meeting or event!

Need a private space for your meeting (or just a different setting)?
GCA is offering one-day reservations (7a - 5p) of its conference room, kitchen area, and break room to GCA member churches for $200/day. Our office is located at 17705 Hale Ave, Ste. H-2 in Morgan Hill, CA.
Things to note:
Space and chairs are limited. The recommended maximum group size is 15-20.
Plan ahead! Reservations are made available 30-90 days out.
The group will have special instructions on cleaning up and putting items back before leaving.
We are only accepting full-day reservations at this time. The group is free to use as many or as few hours as they need for the event/meeting, as long as the group arrives on or after 7 AM and departs by 5 PM (please allow time for cleanup).
Required within 10 days of making your reservation: Certificate of Liability Insurance naming GCA as an additional insured for your event or meeting (you get this from your organization’s current Property & Liability insurance carrier).
Champion Church discount: After verification of status, GCA Champion Churches will receive a partial reimbursement.

Behind the lefthand curtains is an outdoor patio that can be used as weather allows.
